At Infenta’s Villa, we take pride in delivering an unforgettable boutique luxury experience in the heart of Jaffna. We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make our refund and cancellation process as straightforward and fair as possible.
Room Booking Cancellations
Flexible Cancellations:
- You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made on the day of check-in are non-refundable.
Refunds
If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- Transaction fees, if applicable, may be deducted by your payment provider.
- Advance booking deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made within the eligible timeframe.
Modifications to Bookings
We are happy to assist with date changes or room upgrades based on availability. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your original check-in to modify your reservation.
Events & Private Bookings
Custom events such as weddings, corporate stays, or group bookings may be subject to special cancellation terms. These will be outlined during your booking confirmation.
Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable:
- Meals and services already consumed
- Late check-out or early check-in fees once used
- Last-minute add-ons not canceled 24 hours in advance
Damage & Incidentals
Guests are responsible for any damage to property or missing items during their stay. Charges for damages may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
